LADISLAV BARTONÍÄŒEK
Lada is one of the founding members and long-standing shareholders in PPF, where he held a key leadership role until 2023. Throughout his career, he has led investments and served as CEO in various industries, including insurance, banking, biotech, telecommunications, and media. His success can be attributed to his ability to develop well-defined strategies, foster international growth, achieve solid operational and financial performance, and engage in successful M&A activities. Lada, who is Czech, is happily married and has three children. In his free time, he collects Czech contemporary art and enjoys playing tennis, snowboarding, skiing, and kite surfing.

JEAN-PASCAL DUVIEUSART
JP worked with McKinsey in the US and Europe for nearly 18 years, serving as the Managing Director for Central and Eastern Europe. In 2010, he joined PPF as a shareholder. Throughout his career, he has held advisory, investment, and CEO roles in various sectors, including retail, banking, insurance, manufacturing, and real estate. He has served on the boards of couple London-listed companies and gained personal experience in IPOs, M&A, and funding. JP is both French and Belgian, married, and has five children. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing tennis, skiing in deep powder, and running. Additionally, he has a strong passion for education and has served on the board of trustees for several international schools.

OLE PETERS
Ole joined BD Partners after he worked together with the Trivago founders at Monkfish Equity. He is the initiator behind the active business angel network KFLT. Before focusing on venture capital, Ole gained experiences in a start-up, tax/law consultancy, investment banking and strategy consultancy. He studied business with a focus on finance and entrepreneurship in Hamburg, Rhode Island, Jönköping and Leipzig. In his free time, he is often playing tennis, running, or on his road bike.

TOBIÁŠ KOUT
Tobiáš joined BD Partners during his Master's studies at the Institute of Economic Studies, Charles University. He previously completed his Bachelor's degree at the same institution and broadened his global perspective through exchange programs at the University of Toronto and the University of Porto. He deepened his focus on venture capital as a member of the UofT Venture Club and the Prague-based Venture Club. In his free time, Tobiáš is a passionate amateur filmmaker. He also enjoys adventurous travel, playing squash and listening to metal music.
